Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Airtable bases, relational data models, automations, interfaces, and portals to deliver simplification products end-to-end.
  • •Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog by understanding customer needs, aligning with stakeholders, and prioritizing features by business needs.
  • •Define and improve product Value KPIs, including user adoption, engagement, and productivity/time-savings outcomes.
  • •Define Personas to guide simplification and self-serve experiences for employee and external partner end-users.
  • •Investigate bugs and issues, triage and prioritize fixes, and maintain clear documentation while supporting deployments that comply with data governance, InfoSec, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience or aptitude in digital product management or customer success within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Translate business needs into clear product intent and fit-for-use data/analytics capabilities.
  • •Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and workstreams in parallel.
  • •Familiarity with agile product development and DevOps ways of working, plus understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
