  • •Lead day-to-day global hardware asset management operations and directly manage the team, including workload prioritization, performance monitoring, coaching, development, and issue resolution.
  • •Coordinate global hardware refresh, returns, redeployment, lifecycle tracking, and compliance activities.
  • •Manage hardware asset data governance and CMDB integrity, including audits, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and remediation of data inconsistencies.
  • •Oversee ServiceNow hardware asset queue operations, including prioritization, assignment, triage, follow-up, and escalation.

  • •Knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle management, including fulfillment, deployment, inventory, refresh, redeployment, returns, and lifecycle tracking.
  • •Proficiency in ServiceNow asset modules, CMDB practices, data reconciliation, and hardware asset lifecycle workflows.
