Regulatory Remediation analyst - UAE National (Part-time)

Support regulatory remediation and control uplift initiatives by managing end-to-end remediation cases. Contact customers to obtain missing or updated identification documents, communicate clearly on requirements and timelines, and accurately update customer static data in core banking systems. Maintain remediation artefacts, audit trails, and case notes, monitor delivery health and ageing items, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, evidenced closure of regulatory commitments.
