•Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and iterate based on real customer behavior.
•Balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions with engineering.
•Define and track success metrics including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes.
•Partner with Customer Success and Solutions for feedback and occasionally support onboarding to understand edge cases and trust concerns around automation.

•Comfort with technical depth including billing systems, APIs, data pipelines, or fintech/compliance domains.
•Excellent communication across engineering, GTM, and customers; startup mindset with ownership from discovery to launch.
