  • •Advise on configuration decisions such as worklist setup, letter templates, outreach cadences, and resolution reasons.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in radiology follow-up, navigation, or care coordination (e.g., nurse navigator, radiology technologist, coordinator, or comparable role).
  • •Experience designing a follow-up program and leading the staff who run it.
  • •Hands-on work managing a follow-up worklist and tracking patients through completion, including outreach challenges and order issues.
  • •Comfort working across EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech or similar) and understanding how orders, results, and patient communication flow in a health system.
  • •Availability during US business hours for customer-facing sessions and willingness to provide direct product feedback.
