•Generate and test hypotheses for non-obvious improvements, then draw conclusions and recommend next-step promotion approaches.
•Independently manage numerous Yandex Market advertising campaigns, monitor results daily, and manually adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
•Communicate weekly results and recommendations based on business analytics; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support SEO/related projects.

•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, communication, and campaign-management skills (including handling at least 50 SKUs simultaneously if you have marketplace experience).
