Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical project supervision and manage administrative, commercial, and technical components throughout the project lifecycle, including reporting and closeout.
  • •Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including budgets, hours/expenses tracking, deliverables, compliance documentation, and contractual obligations.
  • •Contribute to project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans; develop WBS tasks and estimated costs.
  • •Establish technical review levels, ensure QA/QC plan adherence, and develop/update project initiation/setup documentation (e.g., PMP, QP, PSP, communications plan).
  • •Lead project controls activities including budgeting/forecasting, scheduling and cost performance tracking, variance/change tracking, dashboards/executive reporting, and client progress updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major (or equivalent experience) in a technical/engineering firm.
  • •Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
  • •7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role in the A/E/C industry.
  • •Sound understanding of the project delivery process in A/E/C, including analytical/organizational skills and business acumen.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and provide guidance to junior team or project members while adhering to QA/QC.
