Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, qualify, and troubleshoot equipment hardware/software for new products, including software deployment and qualification of new software versions.
  • •Support qualification activities involving handler GUI, PLC, and integration of the software stack for platforms and handlers.
  • •Provide technical troubleshooting support to manufacturing technicians, including training, coaching, and response flow checklists.
  • •Manage escalated technical issues by analyzing root causes, defining recovery actions using FMEA, and applying structured problem-solving and CAPA.
  • •Lead task forces and drive continuous improvements to tool and module performance, stability, and reliability using proactive data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical, Computer/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Basic coding, database, and analysis experience, including Excel, JMP, Power Platform, SQL, C++, Python, and Power-BI.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of working experience.
  • •Strong troubleshooting capability and ability to manage multiple assignments to meet deliverable timelines.
  • •Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail, self-independence, and communication/teamwork skills.
