Job Summary

Lead the delivery of municipal, provincial, and federal highway and bridge projects within AECOM's Transportation team. Drive project planning, scope, schedule, budget and risk management; coordinate design teams, sub-consultants and clients; oversee procurement, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate the delivery of highway and bridge projects for municipal, provincial, federal, and other private-sector clients
•Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities
•Coordinate internal design teams, sub-consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
•Support procurement activities, including preparation and review of proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates
•Monitor project performance, financials, and resourcing to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 95,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
•minimum 4 years of experience in project management for bridge/highway municipal roadways or general transportation projects
•PEng or PMP
•Preferred: 8+ years delivering municipal roadway or highway/bridge projects
•Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
