Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure each shift operates in line with HSE regulations, using PPE, reporting near misses, and following permit systems.
  • •Maintain efficient line operations by monitoring output vs targets and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks to keep line flow optimal.
  • •Manage production activities to achieve on-time delivery and ensure defect-free products meeting customer quality, quantity, and delivery requirements.
  • •Drive waste reduction and operational excellence using Lean/Six Sigma, monitoring scrap/off-spec generation, and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Train the team based on skill matrix, maintain housekeeping/5S/OCS, and update daily/weekly/monthly reports while supporting equipment maintenance and ISO 9001/14001/GMP standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Plastic Technology or Plastic Processing & Testing.
  • •Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the plastics industry, preferably in masterbatch.
  • •Thorough working knowledge of master batch production and corrections.
  • •Knowledge of extruder operations, troubleshooting, and plastic processing testing.
  • •Hands-on experience with Lean / Six Sigma and understanding of process automation; SAP common T-codes for day-to-day transactions.
