Shift Leader (Vadodara, GJ, IN, 391775)

Lead shift operations to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company permit/operation excellence standards while maintaining efficient line flow and meeting production targets. Collaborate with production, maintenance, QA, and logistics to troubleshoot bottlenecks, control quality/specifications, reduce scrap and rework, and achieve OTIF. Drive operational excellence using Lean/Six Sigma, manage inventories and reporting, train teams, and support equipment upkeep and ISO/QMS/GMP standards.
