Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, contact, and schedule qualified videographers for specific shoots based on their skill sets.
  • •Administer the Shade platform by organizing media files, maintaining file-naming conventions, and reviewing footage to flag bad/unnecessary video for deletion.
  • •Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro and handle 4K/6K footage via cloud-based workflows.
  • •Research and use AI video-making tools to produce videos on demand.
  • •Coordinate overall video-editing workflows and assist with general tasks using the client’s Claude and ChatGPT accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •High-performance hardware: Mac (M2 preferred) or equivalent PC capable of smoothly handling 4K/6K video.
  • •Video-editing experience required; client will provide five training sessions on Adobe Premiere Pro and Shade workflows.
  • •High English proficiency to communicate with videographers/contractors and understand technical manuals and training recordings.
  • •Comfort navigating cloud-based media platforms and researching/using AI video-making tools on demand.
  • •Must have USB noise-cancellation headset, working webcam, at least 1.8 GHz CPU, at least 4GB RAM, and specified internet speeds (25 Mbps cable primary, 10 Mbps backup).
