Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing distributed team of data scientists across the US and Europe.
•Own audience and customer analytics for Acrobat and Adobe Express, focusing on end-to-end customer behavior across the digital funnel.
•Analyze full-funnel performance across web and desktop surfaces, from MAU to paywall traffic, conversion, orders, and ARR impact.
•Identify customer behaviors and product actions that drive conversion, informing product, marketing, and GTM strategies.
•Lead weekly business performance reviews and provide a clear narrative on drivers, risks, and recommended actions for cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field with strong business-facing experience
•4+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams of analysts or data scientists
•Experience leading global or distributed teams across time zones
•Strong understanding of digital funnels, subscription businesses, product-led growth, customer engagement, conversion, and ARR-based business models
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred (MBA a plus)
