Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium factory outlet experience.
  • •Provide feedback to store management on resources needed to achieve stockroom operational goals and to deliver a Premium Stockroom Model.
  • •Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • •Drive and ensure compliance with Global Retail directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house; propose ideas to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
  • •Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets while supporting management to deliver outstanding consumer experiences.
