Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee 3PL performance by monitoring and managing site KPIs including SLA compliance, throughput, cost per box, and production errors.
  • •Run performance reviews with 3PL management to address bottlenecks and track corrective actions to completion.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL leadership and serve as the main bridge to central teams (Supply Chain, Tech, FSQA).
  • •Ensure 3PL adherence to HelloFresh food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards via audits and checks, with root-cause analysis for failures.
  • •Partner with the 3PL on continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives, including Lean-based workflow optimisation and waste/labour optimisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing logistics/fulfilment/supply chain operations, specifically with external 3PL partners or suppliers.
  • •Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build collaborative supplier relationships.
  • •Ability to manage SLAs/KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and use data to drive operational decisions.
  • •Solid operational understanding of warehouse/fulfilment processes and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • •Ability to drive change and accountability in a partner-managed environment without direct authority over floor staff.
