  • •Partner with the VP and ABI Leadership Team to shape multi-year strategy, annual priorities, and portfolio investment decisions.
  • •Integrate customer, market, product, financial, people, and operational insights into concise recommendations that include trade-offs and success measures.
  • •Strengthen leadership-team effectiveness by improving cohesion, trust, risk surfacing, constructive conflict, and timely decision-making.
  • •Run leadership meetings and offsites (quarterly offsites; monthly strategic; weekly tactical), including facilitating discussions, capturing takeaways, and driving follow-up.
  • •Lead and manage selected strategic initiatives across ABI product groups and Autodesk organizations, including program and project management; coach and develop a small business operations and program management team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •10+ years in the software development industry, preferably within product management or development organizations; architecture/engineering/construction preferred.
  • •Proven success leading large, complex, transformational programs.
  • •Strong strategic thinking with ability to define problems, assess options, recommend solutions, and drive decisions.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication, including presenting complex concepts to executive leadership, teams, customers, and partners.
