•Strategische Standortplanung der Produktion–Personal-, Kapazitäts- und Produktionsplanung–unter Einhaltung Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Serviceziele
•Entwicklung und Steuerung der kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Planung, Kapazitäten- und Personalbedarfsabstimmung, Risikobewertung und Gegenmaßnahmen
•Koordination mit Operations, Supply Chain, Finance und HR für realistische, abgestimmte Planungen

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience in production, capacity or personnel planning, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or supply chain
•Strong knowledge of production planning, forecasting, capacity planning and performance management
•Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear decisions
•Proficient with ERP, BI and/or workforce management systems and strong data analysis capabilities
•Structured, autonomous, solution-oriented work style with strong communication and teamwork skills
