Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the backbone of Klarity's AI platform by designing, implementing, and deploying backend services that power core features from data ingestion to deployment architecture.
  • •Turn AI pipelines into resilient workflows by implementing orchestration pipelines with guardrails, evals, and robust state management.
  • •Balance long-term architectural vision with a focus on shipping features quickly and maintaining code health, technical debt awareness, and scalability.
  • •Design and implement enterprise-grade security, least-privilege access, and strong tenant isolation for secure data handling.
  • •Collaborate across backend, AI, product, and infrastructure teams to translate product asks into concrete technical implementations and prototypes.

Key Requirements
