Key Responsibilities

  • •Support practical underwriting governance processes within your area of responsibility, collaborating with Operating Entities, Lines of Business, and other stakeholders.
  • •Improve governance and adherence to key frameworks, including authority frameworks and business reviews.
  • •Lead and manage global underwriting governance and strategy projects across multiple Lines of Business.
  • •Contribute to clear compliance-related processes for underwriting topics, working with relevant functions such as sanctions and reinsurance.
  • •Prepare and present project outcomes and governance updates to senior management, and drive continuous improvement of governance frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of experience in underwriting, governance, or a related function in commercial insurance or reinsurance.
  • •Understanding of underwriting governance, authority frameworks, and compliance processes in a global insurance environment.
  • •Experience managing or contributing to cross-functional projects in an international, complex setting.
  • •Knowledge of commercial insurance Lines of Business and the operational/regulatory environment for global insurers.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex governance topics and recommend clear, practical improvements.
