Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Nationally Certified Bridge Inspector (NCBI) certification via an FHWA-approved bridge inspection training course.
  • •3+ years of experience in bridge, tunnel, and/or ancillary inspection or design/infrastructure-related work.
  • •NHI Course 130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges; NHI Course 130053 (Refresher) if required.
  • •New Jersey PE license (or ability to obtain promptly).
