Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy automated backend workflows to streamline the end-to-end reseller lifecycle and client-facing interfaces
•Architect and maintain a scalable operating model for Marketing Technology across markets, ensuring consistent delivery and AI-first approaches
•Develop standardized, real-time reporting frameworks to monitor health scores and identify growth opportunities from client risks
•Collaborate with HR to evolve job titles/roles and coach regional leads on standardized automation adoption
•Oversee pricing discipline and cross-sell initiatives, ensuring profitability while enabling scalable growth across capabilities

Key Requirements

•Must have experience designing and deploying automated backend workflows to streamline complex processes
•Ability to own and evolve a capability roadmap and operating model across multiple markets
•Experience implementing standardized, real-time reporting frameworks and data-driven insights
•Proven ability to partner with HR, regional leads, and COO to standardize roles, titles, and processes
•Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with global delivery teams and drive cross-capability growth
