Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess potential suppliers and service providers for quality and quality system capabilities via on-site or desk audits.
  • •Conduct process audits and drive closure of open issues with effective corrective actions.
  • •Communicate non-conformances identified during manufacturing and drive resolution with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • •Monitor supplier performance (scorecards) and implement corrective actions to improve yield and field reliability.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers, product engineers, and sourcing to implement changes that improve quality, yields, and cost of the product.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic Engineering
  • •Total 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing and inspection of controllers/motors/PV modules
  • •Six Sigma Green Belt (or Black Belt) certification
  • •Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, SPC, Pareto, RCA
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
