Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for regional customer marketing, partnering with Field Marketing, Sales leadership, and Customer Success Managers to surface opportunities and prioritize programs.
  • •Localize and deliver central Customer Marketing programs in-region, including user groups, customer stories, speaker requests, and Regional Advisory Boards.
  • •Build and maintain a regional pipeline of reference-able customers and advocates, supporting central reference creation and real-time usage by Sales and ABM.
  • •Identify, recruit, and prepare regional customer speakers for ENGAGE, regional summits, and third-party events.
  • •Connect regional events and programs to commercial outcomes (expansion pipeline, exec champion activation, reference creation) and report regularly on influenced pipeline and advocate participation.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Run customer programs in-region (user groups, advisory boards, customer story production, or executive engagement) with measurable commercial impact.
  • •Drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance while balancing multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales leaders, CSMs, and senior stakeholders in a matrix global team.
  • •Be data-literate: define KPIs, work in Salesforce and marketing automation tools, and report on pipeline influence, reference utilization, and program ROI.
