Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as the primary legal and operations lead by drafting and finalizing settlement documents, supporting negotiations with plaintiffs’ counsel, resolving claimant disputes, and overseeing claims administration workflow and quality assurance. Analyze claim data to monitor values and trends, develop eligibility and settlement structures, and manage teams supporting claims qualification and categorization.
