Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently as directed.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting/disconnecting hoses as needed.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light-duty machinery/equipment; control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks and equipment inspections.
  • •Maintain quality and safe, clean work areas, including housekeeping, grounds maintenance (snow removal), and reporting customer complaints, repair needs, and safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to meet the minimum age requirement and work extended hours during peak seasons.

  • •Ability to climb railcars, ladders, stairs, and bins, and perform physical loading/unloading tasks.
