Own full-life-cycle recruiting for technical roles, sourcing and assessing candidates from initial outreach through offer presentation. •Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
•Provide clear communication, maintain ATS records, and deliver reports and insights to leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
•Manage requisitions across multiple technical disciplines such as Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data.
•Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter, plus other social recruiting platforms.
•Proven ability to proactively partner with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
