Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and internal policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Manage contract change, support value engineering, and help negotiate and agree final accounts; provide commission management as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •A sound understanding of cost management, contract management, change control, and cost monitoring/forecasting.
  • •Experience with NEC3 contract management is preferred.
  • •Experience in valuation, procurement, estimating, pricing, and contract reporting.
  • •Strong commercial knowledge with collaborative stakeholder support and best-practice focus.
  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, and hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership (or equivalent).
