Senior Operations Manager

Lead the delivery of security operations across Air Sector sites and programmes, ensuring effective security support for UK facilities and international customer locations. Coordinate security risk and threat assessments, drive proportionate mitigations, and promote compliance and operational security maturity. Manage third-party providers, contribute security expertise to bids and early customer engagement, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support growth.
