Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and evaluate operating/equipment data to make online equipment adjustments and optimize efficiency and quality.
  • •Run production lots to qualitative standards while maintaining high standards throughout the production process.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, manage spare parts, and maintain tool/system reliability.
  • •Lead improvement processes and address nonstandard events on the production line to support uninterrupted operations.
  • •Support training and safety by managing buddy/trainer/certifier levels, maintaining training manuals, and participating in safety forums and the Emergency Response Team.
