Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee accounting and revenue acceptance for Contra Revenue, including rebates, incentives, advisor services, waivers, and claw backs.
  • •Review and approve advisor services funds availability and collaborate with account managers to resolve funds availability issues.
  • •Run Sales Force Database reports and capture financial elements into the Contra Revenue System (CRS).
  • •Lead country call meetings to review and adjust accruals based on deal performance.
  • •Ensure accurate financial close, including journal entries, GL reconciliations, variance analysis, and quarterly reporting support.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and current accounting concepts.
  • •Strong foundation and experience in accounting, preferably in a large, global environment.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with financial/ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • •Ability to produce accurate, reliable outputs with a strong bias toward controls and process adherence.
