Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate filler machinery at rated speeds with minimum downtime to deliver specified quantities to packaging.
  • •Operate Allen Bradley PLC controllers for volumetric fillers and monitor pressure settings to reduce breakage.
  • •Coordinate with mechanics to correct mechanical/electrical malfunctions and perform normal/emergency shutdowns as required.
  • •Review production schedules for delivery of bottles, can parts, closures/lids, and product; ensure correct goods handling during flavor changeovers.
  • •Ensure product quality by performing Clinistix testing and sensory testing, input coding dates, and enter counter/downtime data into OEE/production reports.
