Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of up to 30 hotel projects across development and construction stages.
  • •Review and approve architectural plans, site assessments, development proposals, and construction documentation.
  • •Guide owners and franchise partners to implement brand standards through design reviews, site visits, mock-ups, and sign-offs.
  • •Monitor project progress in Salesforce and provide regular stakeholder updates.
  • •Develop and manage Technical Services Agreements (TSAs) and support operational readiness, quality, and compliance (including fire life safety, risk management, and insurance requirements) before openings.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture or related construction/design/engineering discipline.
  • •Significant post-qualification experience in architecture, construction, hospitality development, or project management.
  • •Proven success managing design and construction projects from concept through completion.
  • •Experience working on hospitality/commercial/mixed-use/large-scale development projects.
  • •Line management experience and fluency in both Turkish and English.
