Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the SEIT team in day-to-day execution of SEIT deliverables and act as deputy decision owner in the Sr. Manager’s absence.
  • •Own and operate the SEIT Center of Excellence by developing standards, templates, governance artifacts (WBS/SOW, CCB/CM playbooks), and a reusable artifact library.
  • •Drive SEIT operational excellence by establishing a Foundation of Practice, defining program health metrics/KPIs, and coaching teams to improve performance.
  • •Own the Sapphire SEIT CONOPS across lifecycle phases and ensure it connects operational scenarios to requirements, architecture, IPT responsibilities, and test/deployment plans.
  • •Institutionalize engineering best practices and toolchains (MBSE, traceability, integration test automation) and serve as the SEIT technical focal for cross-functional integration; present milestone readiness and status updates to leadership.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
  • •12+ years of progressive systems engineering, integration, and test leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or complex enterprise programs.
  • •5+ years defining system requirements and architecture, integration strategies, automated testing, and defect/configuration management.
  • •5+ years with PLM, MES, ERP integrations, middleware technologies, and interface control documents (ICDs) plus enterprise digital thread.
