Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of implementation managers to deliver a great customer experience and get customers live efficiently with robust integrations.
•Act as a sparring partner and escalation layer for the team, helping to navigate complex projects and technical challenges.
•Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback culture.
•Scale up the team while preserving Adyen’s formula and culture.
•Lead strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement to enhance processes and outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 184,000 - 276,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants or solutions engineers, including coaching, goal setting and training.
•Experience with integration projects within a large global company in professional services, finance, retail or general technology.
•Proven track record of driving global process change and establishing tools/procedures to support operational success.
•Ability to develop effective relationships with global teams and collaborate across time zones.
•Strong understanding of the challenges of global commerce and the dependencies required for client success across regions.
