Key Responsibilities

  • •Electrical and ICA design: Undertake the design and review of electrical and ICA deliverables including calculations, drawings and technical reports in wastewater and water infrastructure / treatment projects.
  • •Delivery: Feasibility studies, outline and detailed design, and construction / commissioning support.
  • •Quality: Ensure high technical quality, contribute to bids, and maintain client relationships.
  • •Project Management: Deliver to agreed budget, programme and quality along with supporting the preparation of project budget & programme.
  • •Mentor: Delegate tasks, direct and oversee the work of others and act as a technical mentor to more junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng or MEng in Electrical Engineering with experience in water and wastewater treatment.
  • •Progress towards Chartered Engineer status with a relevant Professional Institution.
  • •Experience in the design of water and wastewater engineering deliverables (preferred but not essential).
  • •Problem-solver with ability to own and resolve challenging technical issues and to coordinate/check deliverables produced by others.
  • •Ability to produce design deliverables and coordinate/check deliverables produced by others.
