Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently monitor a portfolio of Lender Finance loans, tracking client performance and adherence to loan agreement terms and covenants.
  • •Perform financial statement analysis to identify trends and developments affecting credit and collateral quality; address and resolve defaults.
  • •Monitor construction loan status within the underlying lender’s borrowing base, including timelines and budgets versus underwriting estimates.
  • •Receive, analyze, and process draw requests and manage loan modifications, including determining feasibility and negotiating terms for approvals.
