Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage the operational procurement process for multiple suppliers and the Sourcing Lead.
  • •Prepare and oversee supplier negotiations, including spend base analysis and orchestration of stakeholders and contract details.
  • •Act as the day-to-day contact with suppliers, owning interaction agendas and tracking communication for transparency.
  • •Drive cost down and cost efficiency, resolving operational procurement issues to ensure timely material availability.
  • •Build and extend sustainable relationships across Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers, and Engineers, and provide performance and planning reports.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing or a commercial (related) role, ideally in a technology-intensive industry.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, (International) Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Finance.
  • •Experience with R2P.
  • •Experience with supplier negotiations (including tactics) and price negotiation.
  • •Experience with supplier relationship management and supply chain processes.
