Job Summary

Help customers expand their use of the Snowflake Data Cloud by architecting AI/ML solutions from ideation through production. You’ll advise on best practices for scaling production workloads, coordinate with customer teams and Systems Integrators, and provide technical leadership to ensure successful outcomes. Hands-on work includes building POCs with SQL, Python, and Cortex AI features, while applying deep knowledge of generative AI, ML lifecycles, and AI/MLOps across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical expertise on Snowflake for AI/ML workloads and share best practices aligned to Snowflake’s technology stack.
•Partner with customers to understand AI/ML use cases, define requirements, and architect Snowflake-centric solutions delivered by Services Delivery.
•Design and explain how to build and deploy AI/ML pipelines using Snowflake features and/or its ecosystem based on customer needs.
•Build hands-on POCs using SQL, Python, and Cortex AI features to demonstrate implementation techniques and best practices.
•Ensure knowledge transfer and guide resolution of customer-specific technical challenges while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve offerings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
•Strong understanding of generative AI and agent lifecycles (e.g., ingestion, vector embeddings, LLM selection/optimization, monitoring, and evaluation).
•Strong understanding of the full ML lifecycle (feature engineering through deployment and model management).
•Strong understanding of AI/MLOps with experience deploying and monitoring models and agents.
•Hands-on scripting experience with SQL and at least one of Python, Java, or Scala; plus experience with common AI/ML libraries and public cloud/AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
