Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact between Traba workers and the client’s on-site leadership team, owning day-to-day worker support and coordinating with Traba internal teams.
  • •Facilitate candidate tours 4+ times per week, vet candidates, take headshots, run drug tests, and keep the candidate tracker updated with follow-ups.
  • •Coordinate worker onboarding, introductions, first-day check-ins, onboarding materials, and start schedules; oversee onboarding end-to-end.
  • •Run a rotating schedule of worker check-ins to drive retention and attendance, assist with clock-ins and pay questions, and manage performance with escalations as needed.
  • •Bridge communication between the client site and Traba teams, respond to client emails, handle incidents and escalations, and support recruiting referrals and account growth opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • •English required.
  • •Availability for 20–40 hours per week, including in-person candidate tours several times per week and responsiveness to client emails between 9am–9pm.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
  • •Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with a professional, customer-facing demeanor and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment.
