Key Responsibilities

•Define the architectural roadmap and set engineering strategy for Kalepa’s Core Product.
•Drive engineering operational excellence and metrics-driven decision-making across the team.
•Lead and grow the Core Product team, including scaling managers and recruiting top engineers.
•Bridge product vision and technical execution to deliver business impact and long-term growth.
•Establish frameworks, standards, and cadences to power the platform with modern cloud/serverless infrastructure.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 295,000 annually

•Excellent recruiter of top-tier engineering talent and someone exceptional software engineers want to work with.
•Ability to make tradeoffs to ship high-quality code within a fast-growing company.
