Own the HRBP lifecycle for client groups, including org design, performance management, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention. Coach leaders on career pathing, leveling, change management, and sensitive employee matters. Use people data to deliver actionable insights, and build compliant HR policies while managing employee relations across global teams.
