Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador for Coach. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to support omni-channel selling. Maintain service standards while completing daily store operations, supporting inventory processes, and following retail and asset protection procedures. Work a flexible retail schedule and participate in training and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations and inventory cycles, including cash wrap, replenishment, visual merchandising, shipments, and maintaining service and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Preferred: luxury retail background plus social media savvy, live-stream/video demo experience, clienteling, and data acquisition skills.
