Key Responsibilities

•Provide UI/UX Subject Matter Expertise with deep knowledge of Human-Centered Design and design thinking methodologies.
•Guide UX design direction and strategy to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
•Lead UX activities including user research, personas, journeys, prototyping, and usability evaluations to inform product development.
•Create comprehensive UX research plans and outcomes for each use case, documenting goals, hypotheses, methodology, recruitment needs, synthesis, and next steps.
•Collaborate with product teams to ensure new tools/services fit into existing structures and maintain design consistency across projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 9+ years of professional, user-focused production experience.
•Strong experience in UX design thinking, information architecture, and health-literacy best practices.
•Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Tailwind, and related technologies; extensive experience with ReactJS.
•Experience creating dynamic forms, drag-and-drop UI components, and wireframes across multiple fidelity levels.
•Ability to develop UX research plans, personas, journey maps, usability studies, and translate findings into product requirements (epics, user stories).
