Job Summary

Architect and deliver efficient software and performance for NVIDIA’s programmable vision accelerator (PVA) used in autonomous driving and robotics. You will analyze, prototype, and optimize key PVA applications across existing and new architectures, build models to predict performance/power/reliability, and help craft tools to simulate, validate, and verify energy and application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance PVA performance, efficiency, reliability, and programmability.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver the most efficient software on PVA for autonomous driving solutions.
•Analyze, prototype, and optimize key PVA applications for existing and new architectures.
•Build models to predict performance, power, and reliability on future architectures and propose/evaluate new architecture features.
•Develop tools to analyze, simulate, validate, and verify application performance and energy consumption.
•Collaborate with different teams to improve PVA architecture for better performance, efficiency, reliability, and programmability.

Key Requirements

•Master’s or PhD (or equivalent experience).
•3+ years of experience in a relevant discipline (CE, CS&E, CS, AI).
•Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills.
•Strong background in computer architecture and high performance computing.
•Performance modelling, profiling, debugging, and code optimization, or architectural knowledge of CPU and DSP.
