Job Summary

Develop and grow a portfolio of private client and prospect accounts in the Middle-Market segment, acting as a trusted ambassador for employee benefits solutions. Commercialize Ticket Restaurant®, Ticket Kadéos®, and Ticket CESU by running qualification campaigns, phone outreach, and simple sales. Support migration from paper accounts alongside field sales while protecting account profitability and coordinating with senior internal stakeholders.

•Drive and develop a portfolio of private clients and prospects in the Middle-Market segment.
•Commercialize Ticket Restaurant®, Ticket Kadéos®, and Ticket CESU, developing and retaining client/prospect accounts.
•Run qualification campaigns and phone calls, performing simple sales activities.
•Coordinate with field sales to migrate client portfolios from paper while preserving account profitability and following commercial development strategies.
•Serve as a point of contact for high-level internal stakeholders (HR, sales, marketing, general management, etc.).
