Job Summary

Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of secure, scalable software applications and services. Drive Agentic AI transformation across the software development lifecycle while improving developer productivity through GitHub Copilot capabilities. Build standards and automate secure deployments using modern cloud engineering practices with AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, and Docker. Partner with stakeholders, support technical roadmaps, and guide team execution and vendor delivery through coaching and technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the building of software development projects and platforms aligned with business, security, and technology strategies.
•Drive Agentic AI transformation across the software development lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
•Champion GitHub Copilot adoption for code generation, refactoring, test creation, documentation support, and legacy modernization.
•Build standards and automate secure, scalable, repeatable deployment practices for software products, platforms, and enterprise data.
•Contribute to technology strategy and roadmaps, execute proof of concepts, and supervise external engineering vendors by providing technical feedback and guidance.

Salary: USD 130,700 - 205,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically 7-10 years of work experience in software design and development, software architecture, or related fields.
•Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or commensurate experience).
•Experience applying contemporary software development practices and architecture standards to build secure, scalable engineering solutions.
•Ability to use and champion AI-assisted development capabilities, including automation and agent-based workflows.
•Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and full stack development practices.
