Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end supply chain activity for the assigned area (Merchandise).
  • •Manage and maintain RFQ processes according to ETE process and approved SLAs.
  • •Register products with relevant regulatory bodies and ensure certificates are up to date.
  • •Validate service provider invoices against agreed terms and submit billing invoices in relevant systems.
  • •Monitor daily replenishments, store/launch deliveries, returns, and related orders based on VM and marketing requirements while providing customer service to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain/logistics or a relevant field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.
  • •Exposure to a high-volume transaction multi-site retail organization is an advantage.
  • •Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • •Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
