Lead Business Operations in Training

Lead and mentor Business Operations Associates to ensure smooth, compliant operations across store departments. Serve as Manager on Duty by directing workflow, resolving transaction questions, and handling customer concerns. Oversee Business Office tasks such as transaction and paperwork auditing (including DMV and funding documentation) and manage cash operations with proper safe handling and security. Provide clear, exceptional customer service while following CarMax EH&S requirements.
