Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned Opus projects, including scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • •Build and maintain detailed project plans and RAID logs, producing daily/weekly reporting and governance cadences.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure deliverables and milestones are met.
  • •Act as primary day-to-day client contact, translating requirements into actionable plans and managing expectations on scope, budget, quality, and approvals.
  • •Proactively identify risks and blockers, drive mitigation plans, and support UAT, training, and enablement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, delivery, consulting, or program coordination.
  • •Manage multiple complex IT transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
  • •Proven organizational and execution skills to bring structure to ambiguity.
  • •Experience with SaaS, technology, AI, data, or process-automation projects.
  • •Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, Confluence, and Gantt tools; experience running project governance.
