Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, including forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC products and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability for company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, hit-and-run, reckless/careless driving).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC units using blueprints or engineering specifications.
