Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for commercial customers in a defined market. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, commission, and start up HVAC systems on-site at customer locations, using air conditioning theory, pipe fitting knowledge, and mechanical layouts. Coordinate with team leaders and customers for installations and repairs, maintain safety and accountability for company assets, and be flexible for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, including forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC products and equipment at customer locations.
•Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability for company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Salary: USD 25.7 - 47.35 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, hit-and-run, reckless/careless driving).
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC units using blueprints or engineering specifications.
