Job Summary

Serve as Drata’s senior, practitioner-level security and GRC voice in the field, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on major enterprise opportunities. Lead executive briefings and CISO-to-CISO conversations, represent Drata at regional conferences and roundtables, and share market insights through webinars, panels, and press. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on strategic enterprise/F500/G2000 opportunities, bringing security and GRC expertise to customer conversations.
•Lead executive briefings and CISO-to-CISO conversations to build trust and confidence in customer decisions.
•Represent Drata at conferences, CISO dinners, and regional roundtables across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, building relationships in the security and GRC community.
•Share market insights through webinars, panels, bylines, and press opportunities to build Drata’s security and GRC voice and credibility.
•Advise CISO/CMO/CRO and executive leadership on regulatory shifts, systemic industry risk, and where security and GRC strategy should go next; influence product roadmap and go-to-market growth strategy.

Key Requirements

•15+ years in security and GRC, including 10+ years leading and managing security and GRC teams and 5+ years in the CISO seat (CISO, Deputy CISO, or equivalent).
•Deep practical knowledge of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and CCPA.
•Excellent communication skills, able to move between boardroom conversations and technical deep-dives.
•A strong reputation and network within the security and GRC community through prior program leadership and peer engagement.
•Willingness to travel regularly (50–75%, including international travel) and cover EST hours as needed for Americas and EMEA time zones.
